Deposit and Final payment. A minimum deposit of one night's rental paid by personal check or credit card is required to confirm reservation. Final balance is due upon check-in. No refunds for early check-outs. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposit only. A credit card imprint or a cash deposit up to $300 (for cash only patrons) will be collected at check-in to cover incidental charges.
Rate information. A surcharge will apply to weekend reservations, Easter, Memorial and Labor Day holiday periods, and special events. We reserve the right to require a minimum night's stay in any unit at any time of the year. All rates are subject to state and local taxes- currently 10%. Rates are subject to change.
Check in and Check out. Check in time 4PM or later. Check out 11AM. There will be a full day charge if condo is not vacated by 11AM. A security deposit may be required during certain times of the year. No pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy and Reservation Changes. Reservations must be canceled 21 days before arrival date for a reservation refund. Cancellations received after the required date will result in loss of deposit. All refunds will be charged a $35.00 processing fee. Reservations are not transferable. Any change in reservation must be requested 7 days in advance and are subject to manager's approval.
