Carolina Dunes - 105

Very good. Loved the view from the balcony. The mattresses were great. Would like them at my home. Everything was good except the couch is uncomfortable and there was no bread pan, which created a problem. Overall I would rent again and bring my own bread pan.

Great stay! Appealing decor and furnishings. Can't beat the view and location. The hosts provided everything you would need. Only 2 minor comments: hair dryer didn't work and tv in master bedroom didn't seem to work after following the instructions. Could hv been tech-challenged user :-). However, it's a great condo and we would definitely stay there again.

Being right on the beach was amazing. Morning coffee on the balcony can't be beat. I do wish there had been a few more essential utensils available. No paring or chefs knife. Could have used more than 1 baking dish.

Nice location to get away. Not thrilled about pool being right below our room, but what you get for being on the 1st floor. Did have a little cleaning addressed, but management took care of it within an hour.

We love staying at Carolina Dunes. This unit was very nice. The furniture was wonderful and the room was clean. My only complaint is that the fitted sheets would not stay on the bed. I feel new sheets need to be supplied that will fit the mattress.

The condo was in very good condition and well maintained. Kitchen is in great condition with new appliances. Beds are comfortable. It was roomy, we had 10+ guests one evening, and there was plenty of room in the living room/dining area. The fan failed on the AC one evening (after hours) and property management was responsive and got it fixed the next day. My only complaint was that some previous guests were apparently smokers and there was still some residual smoke smell.

This rental was so much more than we expected. It was recently updated, very clean, easy to find, easy parking, great view, pool cleaned every morning. The one single complaint that we had is that the beds are not very comfortable, but we made it work and it is still worth staying there.

The condo was very clean. Most nights the condo was good for sleeping, rooms above keep the noise down. The construction that was going on was not that inconvenient. We look forward to a return visit.

The unit was nice but in need of some new furniture in family room. Ice maker and water dispenser in frig were not working as expected. Called maintenance 3 times about it and they never sent anyone out to look at it. Also, florescent bulb in bathroom burned out and called maintenance about. Not fixed either. Disappointed with maintenance for units. Pool cleaned every day which was great. Condo in a convenient location.

The location cannot be anymore perfect. Clean is expected in any rental, this one Carolina Dune 105 was newly remodeled it was lovely. Bedding (mattress/pillows) was comfortable. Kitchen needs I would have like to see some baking sheets (none available) only one 9x13 glass casserole the remaining was good. All maintenance is excellent.

We came down a group of five ladies to enjoy the beach and just relax. What a wonderful time. The condo was great, comfortable and extremely clean. The kitchen could have used a few items but for the short stay was not an issue we made due. I would definitely stay there in the future.

Very clean unit, so close to pool, beach, grocery & restaurants. The entire complex is well kept & clean. One of the things we liked best was not a lot of people, perfect for a family group. And, it was so nice of the owner to have beach chairs for us to use! We would love to stay here again!

The condo was in a great location right on the beach. Very clean and had everything that we needed. Other than the remotes in the master bedroom not being programmed and able to use that tv( easy fix) it was a delightful stay. Would definitely recommend!

If youre looking for a clean, modern, and spacious beachfront property, look no further. This unit exceeded our expectations! If it was for sale, my husband would have bought it! Will definitely be back!

Great location in smaller building. All the patios look directly onto the beach and overlook the pool. The first floor is very close to the pool, as would be expected. Location is ideal - we could walk to everything we wanted to go to.

The condo is as pictured. The kitchen needed to be stocked with more options. There wasn’t any storage containers for leftovers. A longer knife for cutting watermelon would have been nice. The master bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was a used bar of soap in the shower. The floor wasn’t swept. The MB closet had a dust pile in the corner. Be careful in the showers. They’re in need of some non slip strips/mat. My husband slipped in the shower which wasn’t good seeing that he recently had hip replacement surgery. More towels needed.
Overall a great vacation. Good location. Clean pool.
