Excellent condo with great modern look. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Would recommend highly! Very easy to reserve and appreciated the ease at getting into the condo.

The condo was very nice overall. Only complaint we had was per the rental agreement it said no motor bikes. On arrival the parking lot said no motorcycles and in the room the rules on the refrigerator said no motorcycles under the building. Understandably motor bikes and motorcycles are very different so coming down for bike week we were kind of shocked and ended up paying for parking in public access all week!

The condo was so clean and very well maintained. The kitchen is huge and is stocked very well. The management company was great to deal with and the views of the ocean are breathtaking. Cant wait until next year!

Would highly recommend. It was great, right on the beach, beautiful view! Very clean. Management was great. Called when we got there to make sure everything was ok. We had a very minor issue with a neighboring condo and they took care of it right away.

Place was as seen in photos. Loved the location and the pool was very nice never over packed. Everyone was nice and the beach was great. Would come back again.

Absolutely excellent. Beautiful unit. Very spacious and clean. Plenty of bathroom towels were available and the kitchen had more than enough kitchen utensils and appliances needed. Location was great. It was perfect being right on the beach, the unit has a fantastic balcony with table and chairs and a fantastic view of the beach and pool. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this unit at the Carolina Dunes.

First time renting through Myrtle Beach Properties.
Great care and service. The condo was exactly as shown. Clean and was everything we wanted and expected.

Don't hesitate this was much easier than AirBnB. No Hassle, just easy traveling.

Carolina Dunes was a great place to stay, probably our 3rd or 4th time, and will stay there again. The grounds are kept in great shape, the unit is in a great location and within walking distance of restaurants and other attractions. The condo we stayed at was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable.

Our family of four, including a 7 and 4 year-old as well as my mom then coming to visit for part of the time (which makes 5) stayed here for a week vacation. The unit is much roomier than I expected, clean, and very nicely maintained. The kitchen is especially large and very nice. The pool and beach are excellent, especially for young children with the expansive beach and kiddie pool. The many activities next door were a nice addition; the only complaint is that the music from next door was some afternoons pretty loud. Overall, the neighborhood was low-key and residential and I would stay here again in the future. I definitely recommend for a family vacation with young children.

This was one of the nicest places we rented. Great view, on right on the beach. Clean, spacious and close to grocery store and restaurants. Very happy and definitely would rent again in the future.

are rental was very clean upon arrival,we first went to the big doors to look at the water the view was just what we wanted,we had a great time and will be back to this location again, we enjoy the lower floors also so we can get to the water quicker

Our family really enjoyed our time at the Carolina Dunes. The condo was well furnished and very clean. The property manager was very helpful making great recommendations on where to eat and where to shop. Everything we needed was within a 1 - 5 minute drive. We would love to return and will keep this place in mind next time we plan a trip to Myrtle Beach.

Drove from Michigan for a quick Spring Break trip with our 4 teenage girls. The condo was very roomy, clean, and the view from our balcony was exceptional! Very quiet. Everything was in working order, we had no issues. The location was wonderful and everywhere we wanted to go was a short driving distance away. We usually cram all of us into a hotel room, but never again! We will now always look for a condo or rental. So much more room for all of us, and so easy to book! We would come back here in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Absolutely loved the location of this property! Loved waking up to the ocean view, the large picture window in the master bedroom was amazing. The location is perfectly placed away from the noise of the strip, but still a short enough drive if you want to indulge in the business for a day or two. The condo itself was great! The kitchen is the perfect style and design for enjoying those morning breakfasts together before starting our day. There were 5 of us on our trip, we could have easily fit another 1 or 2 people with us very comfortably. The place was very clean and air worked great. My one complaint would have to be the elevators........they were hot and 9 times out of 10 soaking wet from swimmers. Towards the end of our stay I did start seeing maintenance people there every day cleaning the elevator/lobby area, which I did not see earlier in the week. Thanks for the great stay, I will definitely be back!

Arrived 7/13/24 and stayed until 7/20/24. This was our second year vacationing there. The location was great (on the beach). The accompanying pool was great. The area was clean and well kept with easy access and comfortable accommodations. Many attractions and activities within a short distance. Highly recommend Carolina Dunes.

If you want to wake up in the morning and see the sunrise over the Atlantic, take a dip in the pool, and maybe swim a lap or two, sit on the beach and soak up the sun followed by a leisurely walk along the surf as the sun goes down then this is your place.

The unit is comfortable and provides easy access to both pool and beach. The other guests were also very lovely people.

Couple of comments.....the patio door does NOT lock.....should be fixed. And it would be great to have a beach umbrella available to use.

Met our son and his young family for a family vacation together and this condo was right on the beach. The pool area was very accessible too. The elevator was right outside the condo which was helpful and it had a great location -so close to stores and restaurants. We had everything we needed in the condo for the week and it was very clean and newly updated. We hope to make it back!

This was our first time staying @ Carolina Dunes. The location is a close drive to restaurants. It is a nice area of beach. Not overly crowded. The view from our room was amazing. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee before heading out for an early morning walk on the beach. Nice place to stay. Hope to get back here again next year.

Our rental was more than we expected. It was very roomy,had a beautiful view of the ocean and was close to everything. The pool was well kept and plenty of lounges and chairs.I would definitely stay here again.

The condo we rented was in a great location for us as it wasn't quite as populated as other areas. The interior of the condo was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was nicely stocked with necessities. The one downside for us was the living room wasn't very inviting, however like most we didn't spend much time inside as we were on the beach most of the day. It was clean.

The condo felt like home from the moment we stepped into the unit. It was very clean and well appointed. Loved having the luggage carts in the lobby so we could get everything upstairs. The views of the beach were spectacular. Will definitely rent this unit again if available for our next stay.
