Carolina Dunes - 505

My experience could not have been better. Great weekend with my extended family for a wedding. I went to the Dunes years ago and it is better than I remember . Beautiful condo comfortable furniture. Loved every second.

This condo was very beautiful and comfortable! The kitchen was so stocked with everything you needed to make a meal. Regular coffee pot and Kurig, crockpot, pans, bowls, griddle, etc all in great shape. We weren’t able to go out to eat due to health concerns so making everything inside was a breeze! Loved the under counter radio for tunes while busying around the kitchen. The decor was so cute, couches and beds were very comfortable! Deck furniture was small round table 2 wicker chairs and 2 sling chairs. Also beach chairs were available. I would recommend and stay again. Pool was great and cleaned every morning! Walk across the walkway to the beach was convenient!

Very pleased staying at Carolina Dunes the week after "Dorian". Condo was beautiful and very clean. All the essentials of home. Staff was pleasant and courteous. There is nothing so peaceful as siting on the porch , listening and watching the ocean.

Stayed 3 weeks in this condo. Everything clean and up to date except the appliances. Most exciting thing that happened was an alligator on the beach in front of the building.

We enjoyed our stay at the Carolina Dunes in August. It was an incredibly affordable vacation compared to the hotels in the area. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (fully stocked kitchen!) and Luxury Beach Rentals was very communicative and made the whole process easy. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

Omg this place was amazing had everything you would need in a home .The owner s were super quick I mean on it answering any questions I had.The view was amazing in the rooms that didn't have a wonderful ocean view it had a spectacular city view I loved it was close to everything gas station s grocery stores clothing and souvenir shops were super close.We got to watch the dolphins play in the ocean a group of them for the longest time from our condo balcony and bedroom window.Omg amazing.The neighbors were friendly and the kids played with mine .I loved it and will definitely be going back.Oh it was just awsome!!!We didn't want to leave.The place was spotless as well super clean.Had plenty of towels family games toys for tots if you have totally has my vote if your looking for a place to stay.Sincerly Brandy Davis.Looking forward to next trip❤️

Sometimes you don’t know what your going to get based on pictures but we were very happy with unit 505 and the grounds at Caroline Dunes. We would definitely stay there again.

Our condo at Carolina Dunes was nicely decorated and had a great view of the ocean! It was also nice that the lifeguard was right outside the condo because it was easy to rent an umbrella and chairs for the week.
The only real problem we had was that I got locked in the woman’s restroom down by the pool because of a rusty lock. After I finally got it open I did let maintenance and the rental company know that lock needed to be worked on.

We really had no idea what we were doing. This was our second trip to the eastern US, and our first to the east coast. We could not have been more pleased with this rental. This place was a pleasant surprise. It was exactly as it was represented. The view was fabuluous. We were fortunate enought to have witnessed both a glorious sunrise over the ocean as well as a red full moon rise. The location is such that it's a few miles from the really busy boardwalk, yet close to everything, which we appreciated. The rooms were clean, fresh and spacious,and had everything we needed. We would highly recomend this place. :)

We spent a fantastic week in condo #505. Fortunately, we had lots of sunshine and unseasonably warm weather. There was plenty of space in this clean, bright, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. It was a pleasure preparing meals in the large, well-equipped kitchen, but our favorite thing was the amazing view of the ocean from both the master bedroom and the balcony off the livingroom. We watched for the dolphins to pass by each day. We enjoyed walks on the beach and time by the well-maintained pool area. We look forward to returning again sometime soon.

J’ai ADORÉ notre séjour! Le condo est plus spacieux en vrai qu’en photo, le building et la piscine sont tellement bien entretenu et nettoyé chaques jours, pas de mauvaise odeur, ça sentait toujours très propre dans le lobby. J’y retournerais sans hésiter! Réponse très rapide des propriétaires et toujours à l’écoute. L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait.

Had a great time in Myrtle with my family. We were there for a baseball tourney. Carolina Dunes is located in a great spot, easy access to everything. Property was clean and in good shape. Building is a little beat up from the elements, but our condo was newly renovated in kitchen (or well kept) and the bedrooms were great. View is awesome. Need new beach chairs would be a recommendation I would make. Overall great experience!

Would like to see rates come back down to the levels of prior years. We usually book twice in the summer, but may not next year. Rates were 500-800 more each week this year.

We had a great stay at the Carolina Dunes. Nice location and walking distance to some restaurants. Perfect view of the beach! The condo was spacious and neat. The condo could use a new railing on the balcony (it was wobbly on the left side).

We stayed in this condo for a week and were very happy with the entire experience. The condo is very clean, updated, spacious, and fully equipped. The ocean view is fantastic and we were even able to see dolphins from our balcony. The management company did a wonderful job in making sure all our needs were met.

We enjoyed our stay - the property was as advertised and loved the location as it was close to everything we wanted to do and see. There was multiple grocery stores, places to eat right around. The management staff was excellent in their service and communication. A new washer was installed during our stay and used it! I would say that you need to purchase new beach chairs - we actually broke one trying to sit in it. They are old and rusted. We had to cut our trip short because of Ian but we made it out before it arrived.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated and very roomy. The access to the "owner" parking space was a plus. Pool area very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to our return visit for 3 weeks in September.

We love it here!!! This is the 2nd time that we have rented from Luxury Beach Rentals and I will never go anyplace else. Their rentals are amazing and Ive rented many different places in the last 10 yrs we have been going to MB, but I will never rent from anyone else again. The customer service reps are very helpful and always friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

This condo has the perfect location! We were able to hear the waves when we went to bed and when we woke up and walk to the beach within a few steps. We were able to experience wildlife such as crabs, jellyfish, dolphins and much more. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and was a great vacation destination. I highly recommend this rental .

We had a wonderful time and the unit was beautiful. It was clean, spacious, well decorated and right on the beach! My only recommendation would be to remind tenants to empty the lint trap in the dryer. It was pretty full but otherwise not a single complaint. Everything was great from the carts for unloading to the shower by the pool.
