Property was exactly as it was described. Convenient location. Views of the beach and sunrise from the balcony were great. Lots of space in the condo. Kitchen fully stocked. There were 2 beach chairs available. One of the outdoor pools was under construction. Outdoor pools not heated but there is an indoor pool. Plenty of parking available. Would definitely recommend to others.

It was a great trip. Condo was really nice fit for our family. Nice and quiet location and wasn't to crowded around the pool or beach. The indoor pool was so cold you couldn't get in it. Its the middle of July, it shouldn't be that cold. There is some maintenance issues with the condo. The towel rack in the main bath was broken off the wall, the main door knob was about to fall off. The sheets are very cheap and the bed spreads seem very old. other than that we loved our stay. We are recommending this condo to another family and they are planning on staying here very shortly.

My family and I stayed for a long weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. We loved the views from the balcony. The master bedroom had its own sliding door to the balcony and it was so peaceful to hear the waves in the morning. We utilized the indoor pool and hot tub daily. The temperature was perfect. We definitely will stay here next vacation

Our group of 8 had a great stay. The condo is a perfect size for a large group and we didn’t feel crowded at all. Mgmt was very quick to address and correct an AC issue we had upon checking. Would definitely stay again.

We all had a very relaxing and fun time. Everyone had their space. You could all do your own thing whether sitting out at the beach or relaxing at the pools or lazy river.Location was awesome for golfing and going out to eat.Lots of places to shop and walk to. Very enjoyable vacation!

Excellent trip. We got there 3 hours before we could check-in. Called Luxury Beach Rentals and Tiffany was able to let us right in. This was probably because it was off season, but needless to say it was greatly appreciated.

The condo was exactly as described. The gorgeous views from the balcony was our favorite part of the condo! We got in at check on time easily, had no problems our entire stay. The only thing we weren’t satisfied with was the cleanliness of the outdoor hot tubs. They were full of sand and seemed to not have been cleaned. But the condo was clean and we would definitely stay again!

We traveled to Myrtle Beach with our large family. The condo was large enough to where we could all be in there comfortably. The beach is significantly less crowded than the resorts further south on Ocean Blvd. Pools were amazing and never crowded. Overall it was an amazing stay.

The property is in an excellent location for dining, golf, and grocery/retail stores. The unit was as described and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property for your vacation and we will rent it again on our future stays in Myrtle Beach.

This is an excellently appointed rental. Our work retreat went smoothly, the internet was good and the space was conducive to teamwork, with the option to split up as needed. The view was spectacular! Beautiful beach and very nice amenities.

We arrived to a beautiful spacious penthouse condo. It was very clean and had every appliance you would have in your own home. Plenty of pots and pans,dishes,glasses and silverware. I spoke with a woman from the rental company when we first arrived. She was very nice and very helpful. The property was very well located to all Myrtle Beach has to offer. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo for your next SC.vacation.

Spacious, great view and oceanfront porch. Could use a renovation. Mattresses need replacing (all, it was a common complain from all staying). Our only real hick up was the sink in the main bedroom was clogged and would not drain properly.

Our vacation rental was very nice. It definitely had enough room for my family of 7. However, I would have liked more instruction about the house. For example, the refrigerator needed to be turned on, not explained. There were two thermostats that needed adjusted. Amenities could have been detailed as far as beach chairs, games , etc. Also you had to go to your room to use the bathroom. Other than that parking was very accessible and easy, elevators were quick and never full. We had a great time!!

It was our 4th time renting the condo we were in. We love the location and the layout fits us perfectly! We are planning to stay again in the future but hope that a few updates can be done sometime soon. The mattresses of the beds seem to be in need of replacement. Several of us had back issues after a couple night's sleep. One of the bed's was broken (under the mattress/box spring) and we had to "wing it" to make it so that our family member could even sleep in it. (I reported this to the condo manager) We also had a "drone" come up to our balcony and hang there so that was a bit disturbing but not sure how that can be addressed? Other than those issues we love the condo and will be back! Thanks!

My family along with our friend's family had a great time. Our group consisted of 2 married couples and 2 teenage young men (13 & 14). The condo was spacious enough to have our privacy. Their were plenty of dishes & seating. The view was spectacular morning, noon and night. The location was very central to the Broadway, 2 Tanger outlets, the Original Calabash, multiple mini golf locations, etc.

We were very pleased with our most recent stay in PH 1 at the South Wind. We usually stay in North Myrtle but decided to try something different this year. We are REALLY glad we did. We always try to book a higher room so we don’t hear noise above and will often try to find a PH. However not all penthouse units are created equal! The South Wind was the nicest place we’ve stayed and our room was fantastic. The building was clean and quiet, the beach was not overly crowded and the drive to Broadway at the Beach (where our 20-something year old kids wanted to go) was only about ten minutes away. It was a perfect family vacation

Although the weather did not cooperate the unit was fantastic with exceptional views to the northern shoreline. The unit is very spacious and we all had plenty of room. Although there were only 6 of us the unit could have easily accommodated 10 to 12.

We were a group of 7,PH1 was spacious. The balcony view is priceless, gorgeous sunrises. This
is the cleanest beach I have visited in a long time. Location is good. Locals are friendly. Condo could use a furniture update, not a bad thing just would make it that much more of a WOW place to stay. Management was quick with responses to questions & a dishwasher repair that was needed.Family friendly area, great food everywhere we ate. Definitely a great place to visit.

The unit was clean and well equipped, and wifi was nice to have. However, the view and balcony were fantastic and made it worth every penny! Sadly the weather was poor during most of our stay, but even so there was usually a warm & calm spot to be found on the balcony to enjoy the ocean from.

This PH condo by far was the best place we have stayed in. It had everything the 6 of us needed with a great layout. Great view, easy access to beach, indoor and outdoor pools. We love this condo, but we experienced multiple groups of young adults, below the age cutoff to rent that like to be loud, which they should, but not at this property location. The management did handle the situation early on, but it was clear that adults are renting properties for their kids.
